Photo at right/above - Molly (Austrialian Shephard), Jack (Lab-Whippet Mix), Katarina (Calico Persian) and my sister Jacqueline watching in horror as OU gets raised on an even higher pedestal...what is the world coming to?
As the title implies, I bleed burnt orange. Living, working and playing in the Austin area gives me lots of opportunity to experience new things and to do the things I love, now I have a place to write about it too.

I hate OU
11:00 PM Central UPDATE: I really hate OU and now I'm upset that Mizzou can't deliver on any kind of an actual defeat to the Sooners, that first half I don't think they knew they were actually playing. To quote a great line I saw tonight on the Barking Carnival, "End of the first, Sooners up 10-0. I’m honestly not sure which of these two teams should be more ashamed. Sooners have been taking things that aren’t theirs for centuries, though."

Disgust & utter irritation is all I can feel at this point. Longhorns get no respect anywhere but the state of Texas!!! When Gabriel blows his horn will not be too soon at this rate....
Amen Sister!
Funny that I am here in Mizzu land watching football all day with my son, he is also mad at them! His dog is more upset that he has no where to sit since i have taken over the big cushy chair he normally sits in!
Yea it's pretty easy to be mad at Mizzou right now but I'm feeling a little sympathetic for them...I'd rather turn my anger towards the real theifs here...the Sooners! However, no matter the game or it's outcome, as you can see from the photo, my dogs are big babies who are sitting on blankets to fend off the 60 degree weather here in Austin :)
60, try 21 degrees here in MO...the heat is on but my fingers are freezing while typing, and his dog Logan and i are huddled under blankets while he sleeps off a cold.
Yea my dogs (and I) would never make it north of Dallas! We're all big wimps...heated blankets in 50 degree weather, big fluffy sleeping bags (as blankets) in 60 degrees...21 degrees would be the end of the three of us!
